Updating Your Profile & Preferences

Settings overview

All your settings live under Settings in the sidebar. The page is organized into sections you can navigate with the side menu.

Profile

Update your name, timezone, and avatar. Changes to your name are reflected across the app immediately after saving.

Job preferences

Same fields as onboarding Step 2, fully editable:

• Target roles -- Add or remove job titles.
• Preferred locations -- Change cities or toggle Remote.
• Salary range -- Adjust your minimum and maximum.
• Experience level -- Entry, Mid, or Senior.
• Job types -- Full-time, part-time, contract, internship.
• Industries -- Include or exclude specific sectors.

Changes affect future job scans. Existing saved jobs are not re-filtered.

Visa status

Change your visa type or add notes. See Visa Status Settings for details on how this affects your experience.

Appearance

Switch between light and dark mode, or set your language preference.

Security

Change your password. This option is hidden if you signed up with Google OAuth (your password is managed by Google).
