Deleting Your Account

How to delete

Go to Settings > Danger Zone and click "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

After confirmation, you're immediately signed out. A background job then removes:

• Your profile and all personal data
• All uploaded resumes and generated documents
• Job preferences, saved jobs, and application history
• Your authentication record

Everything is deleted within 30 days.

What's kept

Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers) are retained for product improvement. This data cannot be traced back to you.

Active subscription

If you have an active paid plan, delete your account anyway. The subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion process. You won't be charged after deletion.

If you're within the 7-day refund window and have submitted fewer than 5 applications, you can request a refund by emailing support@applyfast.ai before deleting.

Inactive accounts

Free accounts that haven't been logged into for 6 months receive a warning email at 5 months. If there's no login after 6 months, the account and all data are automatically deleted.
